Core Activities
The primary skills of MCI focus on the exploration, acquisition and development of high quality, high return investment resorts and estates. This includes; market research, site research, site acquisition and development, partnerships (e.g. global hotel groups), raising capital and mortgage finance.
In addition, MCI has the relevant skills to then take a site through the design and planning phase of development. This includes initial planning management, master planning, urbanisation, outline and detail planning.
MCI also controls the execution of it’s own projects through it’s development arm Monteverdi Estates and Developments. This allows MCI to oversee sites that have been prepared for development, providing a flexible exit route through the construction phase.
Monteverdi Estates and Developments have successfully completed the construction on two sites achieving 100% sales and completion on the first phases. Despite the global economic challenges of the last 2 years these sales have been achieved at robust prices.
Overall, the ability to take sites from land acquisition through planning to development means that MCI can keep full control of each project. In doing so MCI has proven it can deliver high quality projects from site aquisition to keys, ensuring the continuity of the finished projects and the investment.
